Biography:

As Founder of Footprynt, Shelley plays a critical role in shaping strategic direction and driving operational performance for real estate platforms at inflection points. She partners with owners, operators, and investors to lead through growth, transition, and institutional readiness, often stepping in as an outsourced Chief Operating Officer or embedded advisor.

Shelley brings more than two decades of multidisciplinary experience across acquisitions, capital strategy, asset management, and operational leadership. She has overseen more than $5 billion in real estate transactions and structured over $1 billion in joint venture equity across office, retail, industrial, and multifamily asset classes

Prior to founding Footprynt in 2020, Shelley held leadership roles at national investment and development firms including AEW, Eastdil Secured, UBS, PRCP, and Wilder. She was responsible for building internal operating frameworks, aligning business and capital strategies, and guiding large-scale organizational transformation. Her experience spans both institutional platforms and entrepreneurial teams, giving her a rare ability to operate at both altitude and depth.

Shelley is an active leader in the commercial real estate industry. Her advisory work has earned numerous honors, including recognition as a 2023 Globe St. Women of Influence and the 2024 CREW Boston Entrepreneur of the Year. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the CREW Boston Entrepreneur Exchange and has mentored rising professionals through CREW Boston’s leadership development program. She is a member of ULI, NAIOP, NCREIF, and ICSC, and regularly contributes to industry conversations on operational excellence, leadership structure, and capital readiness.
