Shelley Balanda, Founder and Managing Principal of Footprynt, has been recognized with CREW Boston’s 2024 Achievement Award for Entrepreneur of the Year. The award honors members who demonstrate the courage to take risks and launch or grow a business within the commercial real estate industry.
Balanda founded Footprynt in 2020 to help real estate organizations implement transformational initiatives that fuel growth while preserving the bottom line. Since then, the practice has supported clients on projects ranging from interim COO engagements to technology adoption, enterprise valuations, and strategic market positioning.
In her remarks, Balanda credited CREW Boston’s Entrepreneur Exchange as a source of inspiration and emphasized the importance of fostering a supportive community for emerging leaders in real estate.
